How can i make my school uniform cute?(er)?

I wear a white abercrombie polo, a plaid skirt that is navy blue with stripes of green and blocks of red and black converse. I was thinking colored tights in jewel tone reds, greens, and navy blue lol, a red crocodile hair band (fake), and many diffrent hair styles as well as my diamond juicy cherry earrings. I havnt started the school year yet but I need help customizing my outfit. I have light brunette hair that is sort of honey like and blue eyes. any ideas? thx!!!
